Deposit & Booking Policy

To reserve your session date and time, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your session.

  • Deposit Amount: 50% of the session fee
  • Due Date: At the time of booking
  • Payment Methods: Zelle or Cash App

Your session is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the session (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).


How Soon Can You Book a Session?

To provide the best experience and quality results, all sessions must be booked at least 5-7 days in advance. This allows time for planning, location coordination, and any neccessary consultations.

  • Portraits/Lifestyle/Birthday Sessions : Book at least 5-7 days in advance
  • Events (e.g., parties, showers): Book at least 2-3 weeks in advance
  • Rush Requests (< 5 days notice): May be accommodated based on availability and will include a $50 rush fee

Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is paid.


Late Arrival & Late Fee Policy

I value your time and mine, so please arrive promptly for your session.

  • Grace Period: There is a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled start time. After that:
  • 11-20 minutes late: $15 late fee
  • 21-30 minutes late: $30 late + reduced shoot time (if schedule allows)
  • More than 30 minutes late: Your session may be canceled with no refund, and a new booking (with a new deposit) may be required.

Important Notes:

  • Time lost due to late arrival will not be added to the end of your session.
  • If you know you'll be running late, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid cancellation.
  • Repeated late arrivals may result in refusal of future bookings.


Limited Guests During Session Policy

To maintain a calm, focused, and productive environment during sessions, we kindly ask that clients limit the number of non-participating guests present during the session.

  • A maximum of 2 additional guests (not being photographed) may accompany the client to the session.
  • For children's sessions, one or two parents/guardians are welcome. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
  • For studio sessions, space is limited -- extra guests may be asked to wait outside if space becomes an issue.
  • Exceptions: If you have a special request or need to bring more people, please let us know at least 48 hours before your session.


Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Rescheduling: With at least 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date one time at no charge (based on availability).
  • Cancellations: If you cancel your session, the deposit is non-refundable, but may be credited toward a future session at the photographer's discretion.


Turnaround Time Policy

Applies to: All clients and projects

1.Standard Turnaround Times

Turnaround times refers to the duration between the scheduled shoot date and the delivery of final edited images.

  • Portrait Sessions: 5-7 business days
  • Lifestyle Sessions: 7-10 business days
  • Event Photography: 10-14 business days

Note: Turnaround time begins once final payment is received (unless otherwise agreed in writing).


2.Rush Orders

Rush delivery may be available depending on the photographer's schedule.

  • Fee: 15-30% of session cost
  • Turnaround: Within 1-5 business days
  • Must be requested in advance


3.Delays & Exceptions

We strive to meet all stated deadlines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Technical issues
  • Illnes or emergencies
  • Peak season workload

Clients will be notified promptly if delays are expected.

Refer-a-Friend Program

Applies to: All portrait, event, and lifestyle photography sessions (unless otherwise stated)

How It Works:

  1. You refer a friend to That One Photog.
  2. They book and complete a paid session.
  3. You both get rewarded!


Referral Rewards:

  • Referrer: Gets a $25 credit towards their next session.
  • Friend: Gets $25 off their first session with us.

Both rewards apply only after the referred session is completed and paid in full.


Program Guidelines:

  • Unlimited referrals allowed!
  • Referral credits are non-transferable and must used within 3 months.
  • Referrals must be new clients only (first-time bookings).
  • Your friend must mention your name at the time of booking.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promos unless otherwise noted.
